• This Product has PEI Rating of 4 (endurance and hardness indicator), and therefore is suited for all residential uses (walls and floors) and light-duty commercial applications

• Porcelain tiles have low porosity, are extremely durable, and are low maintenance. Polished and honed porcelain tiles require the use of an impregnating or penetrating sealer prior to grouting, otherwise, grout release must be used. Common household spills are easy to clean with the use of a mop, warm water, and a pH-neutral cleaner. Acid-based cleaners and harsh chemicals should not be used.

The minimum grout joint must be 3/16 inches. Please refer to the most current TCNA Handbook. The manufacturer strongly recommends the use of a leveling system during installation. Blend tiles from different boxes to achieve even color distribution. Conduct a dry mock layout under proper lighting conditions and inspect the product. For installation of all polished, polished glazed, and honed porcelain/ceramic tiles, use a grout release prior to grouting and a grout color that matches the predominant color of the tile. Refer to the grout manufacturer's specifications to ensure the use of proper grout. Refer to the tile manufacturer's specifications to determine if the tile is appropriate for commercial applications. Tiles with a polished finish are not appropriate for wet or exterior floor applications. Do not use acidic cleaners. Before installation, the installer must blend tiles from several boxes to achieve an even distribution of color range. The installer must conduct a dry mock layout under proper lighting conditions prior to installation. It is the consumer’s responsibility to inspect the product prior to installation to ensure satisfaction. Once installed, the product is deemed accepted. Check the Manufacturer's specifications as some Mosaic tiles may not be appropriate for wet applications.
