This is the 2nd time I have ordered this tile. The 1st got lost and refunded. 2nd was lost but finally came after contacting Fed Ex. The tile wasn’t in a closed box. It was sealed with tape at the ends of cardboard and then wrapped with bubble wrap. Tiles were chipped badly. It’s a good thing they were only for samples.

Tile was shipped quickly with no breakage, however about 5-10 of the tiles have, what appears to be a small chip on the surface edge. I thought grout would cover them, but we will need to spot repair. I really like the small color differentiation in the tiles. It ties together the cabinet color with my countertop.

Only ordered one box as a sample for now and I love it! Not a single tile was broken. Ordering the rest of my tile now. Not as beigetan as the stock photo. I am very happy so far. Update Tile is installled. LOVE!
