• Suited to the main bathroom, this 25-inch wide rail offers a contemporary square design. It has the capacity to dry 3 bath sheets and 2 bath towels and comes standard with a rotary style controller to manually switch your rail on and off as required.
• Towel holding capacity: This model has the capacity to dry 3 x folded bath sheets and 2 x folded bath towels.
• Whether you like the temperature of your heated towel rack hot, medium, or cool, we've got you covered. With the built-in Personal Temperature Selection (PTSelect ) switch, you can personalize your heated towel rack by adjusting the temperature to what suits you the best. You can also switch on and off as needed and reduce running costs by up to 60% when doing so.
• Grade 304 stainless steel is the finest material choice for our bathroom accessories because its natural corrosion resistance properties prevent rusting, staining, peeling, flaking, or chipping. Grade 304 stainless steel is also a hygienic material – it is non-porous, and it does not collect bacteria or algae. Stainless steel does not require any protective coating which makes this material ideal for the bathroom environment. The shiny polished finish of stainless steel is often confused with a Chrome finish, however, the two could not be more different. While stainless steel will not peel or flake, Chrome products on the other hand are susceptible to chipping and pitting due to the nature of a coated product.

• Dry element technology is the advanced heating technology that we use in our heated towel racks and it boasts benefits of rapid heating, where the heated towel rail heats up to working temperature within 10 - 15 mins, as well as Direct intelligent heating, where it allows an increase in temperature in the horizontal bars under the damp towel. It also allows for dual entry electrical connections with both left-and-right hand wiring.
• Rapid heating is a major advantage of dry element technology, where our heated towel racks reach optimum working temperature within 10 - 15 minutes of being switched on. This means they are economically efficient to switch on and off as and when needed.
• Tools needed (not supplied): Drill machine, measuring tape, pencil, ph2 screwdriver, spirit level.
• Cleaning and care: Wipe it down with a warm damp cloth and then buff dry with a microfiber cloth. Do not use the rough end of a kitchen sponge to clean your bathroom accessory. To remove any small blemishes or fine scratches, use a non-abrasive metal polish. Use a chlorine-free stainless steel cleaner to maintain the shine. Do not use any household detergents that may contain Chlorine-based chemicals such as bleach as it will cause permanent damage to the surface of the stainless steel product.

• Installation tip: Check for water pipes before deciding where to drill. In Masonry walls, always drill a smaller pilot hole first for better sizing and location accuracy.
• When installing a Bathroom Butler heated towel rack, do you choose a left or right electrical point? Well, it doesn't matter actually! Our heated towel racks have dual entry electrical connections suitable for both left-hand and right-hand wiring, providing a solution for every bathroom design. And because there is no fluid within our rails, you can also install them upside down if it better suits your electric point.
