Very well packaged when arrived. Overall looks like a high-quality expensive piece. I still need to install it.

Somewhat difficult for plumber to place m, required moving pipes; nevertheless, as far as one can praise a toilet, this one is really nice. Easy to clean being a great benefit.

Aesthetically it's a beautiful piece but had some issues: first one came broken due to poor packaging but Wayfair replaced immediately and this time it was to perfection, dare say over packed. Then, it needed to replace the valve less than a year after installing as it would not completely close and water kept running. It was a production to take it out in order to change valve. Would recommend for a bathroom that is not frequently used, I don't think it's very efficient.

The toilet it self is really nice...very sleek and contemporary looks. However, just be aware the piece I received was European manufactured and none of the standard supply line in north america would fit to it. It was a big hassle contacting people and finding the piece that would fit. Took me almost a week. Hence 3 star. Other than that loved it.

Beautiful design, but both toliets started leaking just after 1 year, and plumber couldn't stop the leak, despite Wayfair generously replacing one whole unit w/o charge. Had to buy lesser expensive, less modern 1pc toilets from local box store, and we now have 3 Monterey toilets sitting in our basement storage.
