I ordered the robe hook in chrome. When it came, there were no instructions and the hardware looked wrong. My husband and I were not able to mount the hook on the bathroom wall. Our handyman concluded the screw that came with the hook was not the right type of screw. Looks like I got something that was returned by another customer and then repackaged without the correct hardware. Wayfair has informed me the window for returns has passed so I'm stuck with a useless hook. Not happy.

solid brass construction though it is on the smaller size for a robe hook which are usually larger and more substantial. the color I purchased was bronze but the actual color is essentially black color and not really brown Pros: solidly made of brass Cons: color not really bronze. not the most substantial size for a robe hook

very tiny compared to other brand's or even this brand's other robe hook. construction seems solid though. I brought the oil bronze color which looks almost black with slight grey tone and very little brown tone. installation is straight forward Pros: solid steel/brass construction Cons: not very substantial and the color is more black than bronze
