I am still waiting for the credit for the wrong item shipped to me and which I returned. Crystal is tiny. Shows large in the online shopping picture.

Used these in a home for 8 years - never an issue with them loosening or falling off a well. Just ordered again for 2 more properties. Very expensive but worth every penny.

I bought two robe hooks, the towel ring, toilet roll holder and a towel bar to accent a bathroom that needed a touch of sparkle. I am so impressed with the quality and the look of all of the products! I was afraid that it might look TOO sparkly (overdone) but all of the pieces have just the right size crystal and it ties the bathroom room together beautifully. Love!

The product is nice and sturdy. I only gave it nine stars because the toilet tissue keeps slipping off the roll. I remedied this by cutting a slit in a 1/1/2 inch plastic top and placing on the end of holder. It now works like a charm!
