I went back and forth on the backsplash for my new kitchen. So happy I decided on this one! It’s light and airy. Couldn’t be happier with the look and quality!

Beautiful tile! Cant wait for it to be installed. The leaf tips are a bit delicate. Make sure to check all of the tile sheets when you receive them, and order extra square footage.

This is my first and last order with Wayfair due to their policies The item I purchased on 8/28 was finally delivered on 9/18. During this time period, my bank account was charged and charge removed multiple times as the item was back ordered. The funds hold requested by Wayfair was done every few days without actual shipment of the item. This item went on sale on 9/23 and I called Customer Service for an adjustment. I emailed Wayfair, called and spoke to a customer service rep, a supervisor, and a manager. In each instance it was explained that there are no price adjustments at Wayfair as there are no tools to do so. My only option would be to return the item and repurchase. However, due to the multiple shipping delays, this is not possible as I can no longer delay construction which was to occur in early September.
