This has been a total nightmare! Waiting beyond your scheduled delivery time is not right! I scheduled my mason based on your delivery time of 11/20. We are still waiting on 2 cases of tile! Nothing but excuses…..we now get the tile and one box is wrong! I’m paying a mason an hourly wage to stand here and do nothing. Customer Service is terrible to say the least! Waiting for someone to call within 24 hours is not acceptable…. Get me someone now! No tile as of yet! Sitting in south Elgin IL since the 18th! THE WORST service ever! Not another penny to Wayfair!jan 23 is not good enough! I was told 1/14!

Beautiful once installed. The 1st delivery was a mess with over half of the pieces broken but Wayfair replaced them free, except I had to figure out how the disposal of the broken pieces which was a pain but in the end, Beautiful

The tile are beautiful,but I got many pieces broken.

This stone is beautiful and was easy to lay over existing brick. Job completed by a contractor but did not take him long or cost much at all.

Ok so the stone is beautiful. However, the packaging is really bad. I had to place several orders to get enough pieces that weren’t broken. I will say that Wayfair handled my issues with professionalism and lots of follow up.
