I love this cribs design and looks. however, I have now received it twice both times damaged the first time it had rust starting on the side rails a big gouge on one side of the headboard and two big black scratches that ran across the top. along with that there were several places where the powder coating was not even and looks like it had not been properly primed before painting. While assembling it I also felt that there were a few pieces that were very sharp and rough it seem like they may have been burgers that got covered up in the powder coating painting process I called and the customer service was very helpful and agreeable they told me they would send me out a new one and they did, when I receive the new one I was disappointed to see that the first piece I pulled out was the headboard that had a giant dime sized dent in it seeing that the headboard will continue to be with the bed all the way through it becoming a twin bed (I paid extra for the conversion to a twin bed) I was very disappointed also you can see the bolts and I think for what the crib costs they could have been white to blend in nicer

Very disappointed in the quality. This crib is way too expensive to have dents. The package wasn’t damaged, so likely left the facility in this condition. Waiting for replacement parts

Easy to put together along with being sturdy! Great purchase.

Love this crib and how it complete my daughter’s room. It’s heavy but study and beautiful. My daughter’s now 18 months and we look forward to converting it and using it through toddlerhood.
