My review pertains to the service, not the product. When I ordered the crib as a gift for an employee of mine, I also ordered (and paid for) assembly of the crib, to occur several days later. When placing the order, I asked whether I needed to pay extra for delivery to the room of choice. The very helpful (but apparently uninformed) salesperson told me that would be unnecessary. I was told that the delivery people would bring the crib inside the house and leave it on the first floor. Then the assembly team would arrive a few days later, take the crib upstairs and put it together. Instead, the crib was delivered, in a very heavy box, and left on the sidewalk outside the house. The delivery people did not ring the doorbell. They did not bring the box inside the house. How is a mother of a newborn, recovering from a C-section, supposed to get a large, heavy box into her house? I would have paid for a different mode of delivery, but I was told that was unnecessary.

We have not been able to put together no screws or instructions were included. We have tried to order from mfg but they are out of stock. The baby is finally able to sleep in a crib and 500 wasted no one wants to help

Beautiful crib with great storage!

Overall love this crib! Super simple and modern, and the drawers underneath are great extra storage. There’s 4 different heights to set the mattress at and this already comes with the toddler rail! A lot of other cribs sell those separately. All of the hardware was included, even some extra screws. And I was able to put this together by myself in about an hour. Just a couple of issues, there’s a small crack in one of the side pieces, a bend in the mattress spring, and a couple of small scratches throughout. Most likely damage caused in shipping. Also, the drawers underneath don’t close all the way because of the front piece. If you close the drawers to hard they slam into that front piece. But nothing some rubber stoppers can’t fix.
