The straight tumbler is a refined take on a traditional whiskey glass. Its smaller diameter helps to concentrate the aroma of the spirit, while still allowing more aggressive notes to dissipate. Heavy in the hand, it delivers whiskey evenly across the palate in an indulgent tasting experience.

Waterford Lismore Essence is the next generation of the classic Lismore pattern, retaining the brilliance and clarity of Lismore while incorporating a more slender, modern profile. Featuring a lighter wall and more slender profile, these Lismore Essence double old-fashioned glasses are anything but old-fashioned and prove ideal for unlocking the flavor and aroma of fine whiskey or mixed drinks. Swill the contents around the oversized bowl to highlight the intricate detailing of Lismore's signature diamond and wedge cuts, while the comforting weight of Waterford's hand-crafted fine crystal is apparent every time you raise the glasses to your lips.

Between history and culture, from prohibition to exotic mixtures of avant-garde, emerges Mixology, the art of mixing where nothing is left to chance. We embarked upon this new adventure with a collection of luxury barware and cocktail-making equipment, created in collaboration with Yuri Gelmini, head barman of the surfer’s den in Milan and futurist mixologist. The study and the search for new elements, expert hands which know how to mix and fine-tune new flavors, everything is left to the taste and the imagination of futurist mixologist Yuri Gelmini, and leads to forms of creativity and aesthetic expression thanks to both technical means and his ability deriving from study and experience in this field.

The Waterford Lismore pattern is a stunning combination of brilliance and clarity. You could honor Lismore's Irish roots serving drams in these Lismore old fashioned glasses: or use them to serve spirits 'on the rocks'. Either way, these versatile glasses combine the intricate detailing of Lismore's signature diamond and wedge cuts with the comforting weight of Waterford's fine crystal: enhancing the aesthetics of any drink you serve in them.
