Bthene’s visual heft makes a statement. A very thick pane of glass, etched with a concave divot on its back and clear with a convex mound on its front, is mounted to a canopy or floating backplate, making for a mood-enhancing light diffusion.

Very elegant, great quality. Three years later the light continues to beam brightly and no aging effects to the metal (tarnish, patina, etc,). Joyce. New Market, MD. Fri Oct 03 2025
