This is a lovely, heavy, well-crafted lamp, but I gave it four stars instead of five because the one photo provided by Chapman & Meyers did not, in my opinion, provide an accurate representation of the lamp that I received. The photo suggested to me that the base would be round and the finish quite burnished. As you can see from the photo that I submitted, the base is angular and the finish is more polished than burnished.
