The metal construct is a lovely unlacquered (raw) brass. It can be wall mounted or frame mounted (the advertising image does not reveal such). It uses a standard outlet cord with an in-line dimming switch (2 modes) that is positioned 20 inches from the light frame. Two standard light bulb sockets - but you'll want use an E26 (see picture) for slim design space- mine are LED "Edison" at 2200K. A couple of issues that prevent a 5-star review: 1) The cord should be at least 10 feet rather than 6 1/2 feet. I had to splice and connect to another cord; 2) The in-line dimming switch is cheap and too close to the light frame - again, I removed, spliced and reconnected. In my case, I ran the spliced elongated cord through the wall (hidden) and used a smart-outlet for automated timing (see pic).. Anonymous. Thu Nov 28 2024
