It is a beautiful bench but the proportions seem off. The seat is very deep while the back is very low.. Lavonna. Chevy Chase, MD. Tue Jun 30 2026

A fresh take on a vintage design, the charming Charleston bench is crafted of wood and accented by a cane on the back and inside and outside arms. Featuring intricately shaped legs, the piece is finished in haint blue. This soft color can be found on the ceilings of porches and entryways, window shutters and doors in the American South, dating back more than 200 years from the Gullah folklore that held the color kept “haints” or spirits from entering homes and dwellings. The cushion is upholstered in the Oyster performance fabric for stain resistance and cleanability.

The desk is even prettier than it looks online. It’s very heavy so hopefully you won’t have to move it up steps. I absolutely love it!. Susan. Lawrence, KS. Sat Aug 08 2026

Cane bench with low seat back and ivory linen cushion.

The quality is great! So cute and fun for this space.. Anonymous. Benton, AR. Fri Jan 17 2025

Perfectly scaled to rest at the foot of your bed or in an entryway, this charming beauty is sturdy enough for two! The solid mahogany is turned to replicate bamboo and then painted a softly distressed white. The drop seat is upholstered in neutral linen but is easily reupholstered to enhance your decor.

The color in the picture appears more creamy white but in person it is a little too yellow based, otherwise I love it!. Nancy. Phila, PA. Mon Mar 09 2026

This classic bench brings a refined style and historical touch to your living space. Crafted with solid poplar and an engineered wood frame, this bench features an upholstered seat cushion for a plush feel. This piece strikes a rounded silhouette with an oval benchtop, framed by a low curving back that features carved details and arrow slats. Turned and fluted legs give this piece an antique feel, while small floral details add to its appeal. We love that the distressed painting on the wood gives this piece an heirloom feel. At 37'' long, this works well in smaller spaces.

Perfect for where we needed it. Well made.. Mary Ellen. NE. Tue Apr 20 2021

This lovely settee was adapted from the style books, The Cabinet Maker's and Upholsterer's Drawing Book, of Thomas Sheraton of the 18th century. The pierced fretwork back is elevated by turned front legs and graceful tapered flare legs at the back. The seat is accented with open traditional cane and a loose upholstered seat cushion.
