I did a lot of research while shopping for a patio umbrella and Cape Umbrellas offered the best options, colors, fabrics, and sizes. There are many different types and brands of patio/market and price points out there with quite a bit of them much cheaper, but you get what you pay for and this umbrella is a quality built product that will last me a long time. Making this purchase was very simple and Wayfair's Customer Service made it that much easier by promptly answering all my questions, very fast shipping (got the umbrella in 3 days), and giving me the best price on this item. Some particular features that makes this umbrella a top and easy choice are the easy open/close automatic system, the solid aluminum hub, and the 2" diameter aluminum pole that shows the umbrella's heavy duty aspect.. Ordered 2, 1 came with small holes in the fabric and dirty (probably used). I believe these are commercial grade umbrellas so they are high quality (other than the damage). Also ordered 2 umbrella stands which were also drop shipped from the same company. These also arrived damaged and one had paperwork in the box that showed it had been returned from a country club (the metal components were completely bashed in) Wayfair responded immediately saying a new umbrella and new stands will be shipped to us. In the meantime, my husband had to repair the stands to the best of his ability so we can use them for a party (reason we ordered them), because replacements will not arrive in enough time. It has been a week and a half and I have received no notification that any replacements have or will ship.. Christine. OH. Mon Jul 15 2019
