Good wine deserves to be cared for, and a decanter is the best way to avoid sediment and allow the wine to breathe. This Georg Jensen carafe not only looks beautiful, with its natural organic shape but it is explicitly designed with a wine connoisseur’s needs in mind. The shape of the decanter helps aeration highlighting the wine’s bouquet, and the deep dimple in the base allows easier serving. Good looking and practical, this is the perfect gift for a wine lover. The decanter is made from glass with a polished stainless steel pourer set into a silicone stopper. The silicone means the top has a close fit to avoid spills, and the pourer is shaped to maximize the aeration of the wine.

Beautiful piece! Just what I expected from a Georg Jensen design. My husband, a wine connoisseur, will love it!! I actually bought two because I loved the design.. Debra. Saint Cloud, MN. Sat Oct 02 2021

Light the candles, open a bottle of wine, place the wine breather deluxe over the bottleneck, and flip it all upside down - the wine will run through the decanting unit and into the large-surfaced carafe for perfect aeration. Flip it all around once more to get the wine back in the original bottle, pour it, and taste the advantages of a wine with 10 times the oxygen. The wine breather deluxe works with both 750ml and 1000ml bottles and holds 1500ml of wine. Flip it once and serve your wine in the wine breather deluxe - or flip it twice and serve the wine in its original bottle. Either way, you get 10 times the oxygen.

The machine-made decanter distinguishes by its elegant and complex design. The whole-heartedly believes all wines - young and old, red, white, or sparkling - can be enhanced by decanting. Decanting old wines, just a few moments before they are served helps to ensure that the clarity and brilliance of the wine are not obscured by any deposit that may have developed over time. Decanting young wines several hours before they are served gives the wine a chance to bloom and attain a stage of development that normally requires years of aging.

Beautiful, lightweight and flawless.. Deborah. Charlotte, NC. Sun Apr 28 2024

Open the wine while providing a touch of élan to your table with a handmade, mouth-blown Schott Zwiesel decanter, the oenologist's preferred choice.

Good piece. Does a nice job of aerating the wine. John. Redondo Beach, CA. Sat Jun 13 2026

This decanter offers an intelligent solution: the wine is filtered and aerated as the carafe is filled through the opening made of stainless steel, removing both cork and deposits. With no need to clean the built-in screen, the wine can be poured easily and without dripping whilst the sediment remains in the filter. A hollow for the thumb and a conveniently rounded glass shape make this decanter easy to grip and comfortable to pour.

Perfect size and solid! No too thin and delicate - so many of the finer glassware breaks with regular use, I feel like this one will actually last!. Jennifer. Glencoe, IL. Tue Aug 29 2023

Handmade Brilliant decanter. Inspired by the shape of a brilliant, the mouth-blown Brilliant Decanter presents your wines elegantly and stylishly. With its minimalist design and delicate structure, the Brilliant Decanter elicits the last tasteful secret from top wines. The decanter optimizes aeration, ensuring every flavor note is drawn from the wine. In addition to the characteristic bend of the JOSEPHINE collection, the bottom of the decanter slopes into a cone. This defining design element ensures a spiral-shaped swirl that rapidly enriches wine with oxygen as soon as it is poured. The depth of the cone creates an unprecedented ease of control and stability when pouring. The shape and lightness of the decanter allow for elegant pouring with just one hand.
