Nice looking wall-mounted fireplace. It comes out farther than I imagined (see video) so now I have to buy a couple tall vases w pampas grass to hide that a bit. The flame is also not as visible as I had hoped, but the different colors are pretty. Overall fine for the price.. Jayne. Fishers, IN. Fri Aug 23 2024

The Vibrance Smart Linear Electric Fireplace from Modern Ember works in spaces that most fireplaces can't, including apartments, rentals, and rooms without a gas line, and the frameless profile installs either recessed into a framed wall opening for a built-in appearance or surface-mounted on a bracket for a clean wall-hung look that doesn't require cutting into drywall. Neither approach needs a licensed contractor, and the surface-mount option keeps structural changes minimal, which matters when you're renting. The LED flame system runs independently from the heater, which matters more than it might seem, most households want the ambiance in summer but not the heat, and the Vibrance handles both modes without any workaround. When heat is on, the 1500W output covers supplemental warmth for rooms up to 400 square feet, and the thermostatic control keeps the temperature dialed to your preference rather than running at full blast. The clear crystal embers ship in the box, so the firebox looks finished without an additional purchase. Flame color, speed, and brightness are all adjustable through the Tuya Smart app, the included remote, or Alexa and Google Home voice commands.

Really great, except for the very weird "fire" crackling sound it makes which fortunately can be muted because I'm installing these in bedrooms!. Melissa. US. Fri May 08 2026
