A versatile neoclassical cherry and inlay Italian chest. The flush top offers a cherry crossband and ebony stringing. The 2 drawer face, is beautifully inlaid featuring a tasteful match butterfly in cherry and a small cherry crossband. Supported on handsome taper legs and antique brass ferrules.

A very tasteful and versatile unit, beautifully finished and appropriately aged. Two blind draws are crossbanded with hand-laid ebony diamonds with interesting cherry inlay on the center frieze. Clean flush top and taper legs. The back is also finished.

This console blends well with our other furniture, including antiques. It was damaged in shipping, and repaired by Furniture Medic with a decent match to the distressed finish.
