With the help of Erika Lagerbielke, we have crafted specialty beer glasses designed to enhance the flavors of your favorite beer. We have developed one glass made for a lager, one for Pils, and a Taster that enhances the best of all the fragrant and flavorsome beers. So no matter if you are looking for more aroma, clearer bitter notes (Lager), a creamy head, milder carbonation, and richer color (Pils), or if you prefer great favor in rich and full body beers (Taster) we have the glass for you. Each of the three glasses comes in packs of four. If you find it hard to choose we think that you should get one of each and collect all three beer glasses in a collection box. The Essential Drinkware collection from Orrefors focuses on enhancing the everyday drinking experience. The full potential of every drink is brought to life in a smaller number of carefully crafted glasses, without taking up a lot of space in the cupboard. Exquisite drinkware at an everyday price. Dishwasher safe.

THANKS, as always -- we love it.. Leif. Los Angeles, CA. Wed May 29 2019

Our India Pale Ale glasses are robust and a little different, just like the beer after which they’re named. IPA is a beer that is rich in hops, malt aroma, and flavor. IPAs dare you to try the unexpected and go your own way. “IPA is essentially an ale, a top-fermented beer, so it should theoretically be ideal for a tall, straight ale glass, but that’s not the case. The high content of hops and malt produces a lot of aroma and taste, and usually a higher alcohol content, which means that undesired residual aromas of sulfur that are otherwise in ale are not noticed. So an IPA glass should definitely have a form that doesn’t hide anything, but emphasizes aroma and taste by narrowing at the top.” - Erika Lagerbielke, Professor in Glass Design
