Le Creuset's pie baking 2-piece set features our best-selling classic pie dish and charming pie bird for perfectly baked sweet and savory pies from oven to table. Crafted from premium stoneware, the pie dish distributes heat evenly for golden brown flaky crusts, while the attractive dimpled edge lends the perfect finishing touch. The hollow pie bird vents steam from the filling as it cooks, preventing the contents from boiling over and arches on the bottom redirect excess moisture to keep the bottom crust from becoming soggy.
