The 17 Stories Star Rug by 17 Stories presents a brilliant interpretation of modern design. Drawing inspiration from natural landscapes and architectural styling, these abstract rugs make a major statement through their dynamic interplay of fashion-forward color palettes and shimmering accents. Star is hand-tufted, using a cut and loop construction that creates a 3D effect, and is made from a luxurious blend of wool, lurex, and silk-like Luxcelle. Inspire calm with this abstract rug from the 17 Stories Star collection by 17 Stories. Its linear motif, presented in taupe and ivory, mimics the ebbs and flows of a hazy skyline, with subtle bursts of solid color designed to draw the eyes. Shimmering accents that shift with light create a sense of movement, adding a unique sense of depth to your living room or bedroom furnishings.
Absolutely stunning! We love this rug. To be honest, I wasn’t aware of the glittery accents - my fault for not reading more closely - but we really like them. We have a city view and feel like they echo the light from the buildings as the sun sets. It’s quite thick and dense - we aren’t getting a pad to go with it. Highly suggest.. Alice. Nyc.
