This is a soft, plush rug. It's lighter in color than the site photo suggests. Also, needed a trim in several areas where some of the tufts were 1/3" longer than the rest of rug. Overall, a nice rug and good price for wool.. Jill. WI. Tue Apr 18 2017

The feel of it I thought would be softer. But it's rough like jute. The color too is more vibrant on the computer, in person it's a dull Red. This is gold if you are looking for rugged handmade double sided rug. I thought it will be smooth but now growing to love it for the workmanship.. Anonymous. Sun Mar 03 2024

Meticulously hand-knotted using premium wool yarns in a variety of desirable colorways, the rugs in this exuberant collection feature both classic Serapi and Oushak design inspirations.

The original rug delivered was not uniform in size and did not form a true rectangular shape. Rather it was 8‘8“ at one end and 8’11” inches at the other, a 3 inch variation. But when I called Wayfair to report the issue, they promptly sent me a new one at no charge. The replacement is lovely and just what I was looking for. I am very pleased with this purchase and with Wayfair’s exemplary customer service.. Mary. Arlington, VA. Sat Jun 08 2024
