I received the wrong lampshade with my initial order. I called and spoke with customer service and a replacement shade was sent. The identical wrong shade was sent again. I now have two 4 x 4 by four lampshades instead of the 5 x 5 x 5 I ordered. I called and spoke with customer service again and believe it’s taken care of. We’ll see when the third shade arrives.. The Tole Tapered Chandelier Shade brings a collected, traditional finish to a chandelier with a gently tapered silhouette. Crafted from metal with raised rim detailing at the top and bottom, it helps soften and diffuse light for a warm, ambient glow. Use it in a dining room or foyer when you want a quick style refresh without changing the whole fixture.

Beautiful shades ….so high end compared to others! I’m testing on 8 arm chandelier and ready to pull trigger on next 6 even though shades will end up more valuable then fixture. Elizabeth. Chicago, US. Mon May 04 2026
