Walking the grounds one evening, we stopped to notice something we had passed countless times before—the classic lights of our barn—and, pardon the pun, a light went on. In our Courtly Check® Barn Pendant Lamp, we’ve dressed a simple silhouette in signature MacKenzie-Childs patterns, inside and out, to elevate a humble workhorse around the barn into an agrarian-chic accent for even the most urban abodes. Hand decorated enamel over sturdy steel. Maximum 100-watt, 120-volt type A lamp bulb; ETL approved for dry or damp (not wet) locations.

One pendant pattern is a lower Color than the two other… I will make it work but that why I did not give the rating a 5. Martine. Washington Island, WI. Tue Sep 01 2026

A gathered white linen shade is wrapped in a ring of Aged Brass to create Enid's beautiful, tapered hourglass silhouette. The ruffled look and asymmetry between the top and bottom give the design a loose, flowy element that looks very natural. Add a soothing, soft glow and an organic aesthetic to interiors with this clean, crisp pendant.

Playing with shape and scale, Esperance is a breath of fresh air. Serving as both an uplight and downlight, the cone-shaped linen shades form an hourglass shape. Reminiscent of a ceiling fan, the two large suspended discs strung with natural bleached abaca evoke a sense of movement. As a chandelier or pendant light, the sculptural silhouette and white materiality create a clean and fresh vision overhead.
