Great chair. The delivery service was more of a 1 star rating. I requested this chair be fully assembled when it arrived to me. It was still in the box. The delivery service was due to come one day, but arrived at the office after hours. They did not deliver the following day. I had to reschedule for 2 days later.. Twila. Springfield, MO.
