Although it took several months to receive this item, it arrived undamaged because it was packed very well. There were a few blemishes in the finish that did not seem to occur during shipping but left the manufacturer that way. Overall quality is quite good. When assembled, some parts were a bit wobbly, requiring shims to balance things. Assembly instructions for this item were nonexistent. Only general care guidelines were given.
