This handsome salt and pepper set is a masterclass in minimal restraint. All unnecessary decoration has been removed leaving just the beautiful organic shape rendered in high shiny stainless steel. Form and function are in perfect equilibrium as the grinders work ergonomically in the hand and the adjustable ‘All-Grind - ceramic technology’ used in the mechanism creates the perfect grain size. Argentinian-born Alfredo Häberli is known for his love of craftsmanship and artistry which he always approaches with a sense of humor. His work is playful, engaging, and vibrant and he believes it should always elicit some sort of emotional response from the consumer. The two matching grinders are made from highly polished stainless steel. The ‘All-Grind’ internal mechanism is adjustable allowing you to easily change the coarseness of the salt or pepper grains.

Standing like two little characters, these smaller-sized salt and pepper grinders add a bit of style to your tabletop. All details are cut to an absolute minimum, just leaving a beautiful sculptural shape that sits comfortably in your hands. And functionality has not been forgotten with the ‘all-grind’ internal mechanism creating the perfect grain size. Designer Alfredo häberli worked with George Jensen to create a whole range of kitchen and dining room products. His work always contains an element of fun and humor and he envisaged these domestic items to be members of a small ‘family’, adding a bit of personality to each piece. The Alfredo salt and pepper set is beautifully crafted from mirror-polished stainless steel with an internal ‘all-grind’ mechanism that can easily be adjusted to vary the grain size of salt or pepper.

Inspired by the petals of Japanese cherry blossoms, the Bloom Salt Cellar with its matching spoon is a masterclass in minimal Scandinavian design. Pure and simple in form, there is no need for extra decoration as the shape and shiny surface take center stage. Used for salt or ground pepper, the cellar is the perfect finishing touch for any dining table. Designer Helle Damkjær’s work stands firmly within the classic tradition of Danish modernism, with its minimal detail, organic shapes, and pure functionality. Her collaborations with Georg Jensen have proved to be some of the company’s most popular and cherished.

An ingenious creation by award-winning designer Karim Rashid, the two hourglass-shaped Hug shakers actually fit together in a sweet embrace. This allows you to carry the pair to the table as a single unit, and when someone says, ''Please pass the salt and pepper,'' you can easily grasp the Nambé metal duo at its waist. Of course, the two pieces function singly, with a differing number of holes on top and black and white plastic plugs underneath for identification.

I love the salt and pepper shakers! They're beautiful!. Marylynn. Brooklyn, NY. Sat Feb 26 2022

Bringing a sense of timeless style to your dinner table, the Bernadotte Salt and Pepper Shaker Set is the obvious choice for any serious food and design enthusiast. The first Bernadotte pieces were released in 1931, inspired by the functional style of that time. They were designed by Swedish Prince Sigvard Bernadotte – and his namesake collection is one of the most popular and successful collaborations in the history of Georg Jensen. The Bernadotte Salt and Pepper Shaker Set are inspired by the original designs of Sigvard Bernadotte – and they are made from stainless steel. They are sold as a pair – and they are the perfect gift for any occasion.

Almost appearing like two small humorous characters, this stainless steel salt, and pepper shaker set has an ergonomic and organic form that simply cries out to be touched. They make an unusual and quirky addition to any tabletop, whether it’s a casual breakfast with the family or an elegant dinner party with friends. German-born Constantin Wortmann starts his work process with the belief that ‘form follows emotions’ and that design should not take itself too seriously. His iconic Cobra collection for Georg Jensen illustrates that philosophy with its minimalist beauty and sense of humor.

These salt and pepper shakers are high quality, with a look and feel that is very luxurious. They are a substantial sturdy weight but smaller in size. I bought two sets for use on each side of a large table.. Wjmw. Chanhassen, MN. Wed Apr 21 2021
