Richly deserving of the title of iconic, this masterpiece of mid-century Scandinavian design looks as contemporary now as when created in 1952. The stainless steel water pitcher retains the elegant lines and minimal detailing of the original along with the beautiful mirror-polished finish. It is a truly timeless classic. Henning Koppel’s name is synonymous with the very best of Danish modernism and his love for natural shapes, clean lines, and functionalism still resonates today. One of Georg Jensen’s most prolific and highly regarded collaborators, he continues to influence and inspire a whole new generation of designers.

Georg Jensen's Koppel Pitcher is given a colourful new life in the Iconic edition of the renowned design. Defined by a smooth matte finish, the pitcher's elegant hue is borrowed from designer Henning Koppel's original sketches, which he would brush with a palette of his favourite colours. Designed to stand on its own or be paired with other editions of the pitcher, the piece respectfully pays homage to Koppel's original 1950s design. The item is not dishwasher safe.

Elegant and modern, the Alfredo carafe is a striking example of how an everyday object can be made into something special without sacrificing functionality. The gracefully tapered neck is not only beautiful but also makes the decanter easy to hold when pouring. And the quirky oak stopper makes the carafe a talking point over dinner while also providing practical use. Argentinian-born designer Alfredo Häberli believes that even objects that you use every day should be given a sense of character and style. His sculptural shapes attract attention but never at the expense of functionality.
