This is so beautiful. I intend to buy more pieces from this series. The wood is a nice, brown walnut- not too light, not too dark. The metal is a warm gray, gunmetal color, not black and not bronze.. Linda. Hillsboro, MO. Tue Sep 29 2026

Made from rich veneered walnut and a black powder coated steel frame, the Drake 73" narrow bookcase brings a modern flair to your space. It gives you the storage you need to display your favorite books and decor and features hidden storage space for the things you don't want everyone to see. Pair two of these besides a matching Drake desk and you have yourself a home office look that is sure to make all the real offices jealous.

it’s just what i wanted design-wise. Assembly wasn’t that challenging and it looks very good — just what I wanted. One thing: the holes to screw the cabinet doors onto the frame were places about 1/8” off so one door ended up too high and scrapes at the top and is very hard to close (and will scratch and wear over time) and, when closed, the other door is too far out so it doesn’t align with the other door (and protrudes a bit out beyond the shelf above it. I will try to drill slightly larger holes so the doors hang correctly, but i shouldn’t have to do that. All in all, though, i’m pleased with the purchase.. Jeffrey. Hoboken, NJ. Wed Nov 20 2024
