Extremely well designed, powder coated on both sides in a light gray, has 2 removable rubber inserts (for diff width umbrella poles) at top of the stand which hold the umbrella in place along with the 2 fasteners on the side of the pole insert and has drainage holes so water will not accumulate and rust the metal..
