FL/Y is an essentially-styled suspension lamp. The particular transparency of the material and the sheen of the colors recreate the idea of a soap bubble, shimmering iridescently in the light. The shade is not perfectly hemispherical, with the cut-off falling just below the level of the diameter, offering a greater concentration of light.

Though pricey, this light has added the crowning 60s touch to our newly-screened in deck. The color, the size and everything about have been thought through and are well done. Where would we be without well-executed great design?. Bruce Woods. New York, NY. Mon Aug 29 2022
