I purchased this chair for my office. I already own a Fairfield chair in a different room which is nearly 20 years old and still looks brand new. Sturdy, solid, good looking, traditional chairs. I'm 5'8" about 140 lbs, but my husband is 6'2" and 300 lbs and both of us can use this chair (the Cabot) comfortably. It's a larger chair but doesn't have a huge footprint, so it can go anywhere. I notice when company comes over, people sit in it. I did request a few fabric samples from Fairfield before ordering, and I'm glad I took that extra step to get exactly what I wanted.
