Their pot planter is high-fired centigrade to ensure frost resistance and durability. Due to the processes used in the manufacturing of their hand-made and hand-glazed containers, all variations concerning firing, color, size, and crackling are natural occurrences in the manufacturing process. The glazes on their containers consist of natural, not chemical, components, and therefore the final color of the product will vary. This process creates the unique beauty of each piece.

This product is hand-made by skilled artisans. Glazes are hand-applied and then high-fired for a product that is both beautiful and durable. Glazes can vary in colors and patterns depending on how they were applied and their position in the kiln, making each piece unique to itself. This product must be protected from freezing.

Unlike traditional glazed terra cotta, Campania’s cold-painted terra cotta has the clay fired prior to applying the finish. This allows for more consistency of color. Color is hand-applied, so there can still be some variations among pieces. Cold painted terra cotta is designed for indoor use only.
