Jordan Thurston is a native of Garden City, NY, where he began his lifelong love of the creative arts in after-school programs. Mostly self-taught, he continued drawing and painting throughout his formative years at New York University, where he studied applied mathematics. Inspired by the complexity of the world in its simplex forms, he draws on the shapes and forms found in nature. Jordan currently lives in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY, where he continues to paint and evolve as an artist.
