The Paska Collection is the exception to our rule. purist philosophy focuses on the creation of hand-made, high-end rugs. The Paska Collection rugs are the single machine-woven exception that live up to our very high standards. The hand-finished rugs have a soft look and feel, beautiful patina, and are wonderfully pliable. The heavy rug pile is semi-plush and hand-knotted-like in quality, conveying the highest standard of quality that strives for.

Boasting a long and storied history, antique rugs and carpets that were woven in India are among the more intriguing of all oriental rugs. The inspiration for this collection comes from authentic oriental designs hand-knotted in the traditional style. The introduction of two-ply wools adds the final touch of luxury.

Traditional Tibetan patterns are reinterpreted in this line of contemporary designs. Each rug is hand-knotted in lustrous wool in subtle color palettes that coordinate perfectly with any setting.

Make a striking statement with a foundation that merges rhythmic geometry and dimensional texture. This hand-tufted wool rug features a bold vertical composition, centered around a column of light blue or green circles that display a subtle gradient from light to dark. These central forms are flanked by larger, stylized cream circular links that frame the design, creating a distinct Retro Mod or Mid-Century aesthetic. Elevated by a high-low pile construction, the pattern is carved into the surface to create a sculptural, 3D effect where the shapes stand out in relief against the background. Crafted over an average of four months, this durable and plush piece serves as a dynamic focal point for living rooms, hallways, or bedrooms.

This is a great rug. Colors are true. It is not white but brown, off white and blue. Goes great with tan couch. I got the larger rug the blue rings are graduating from lighter to darker blue.. Melissa. Cumberland Center, ME. Tue Jul 05 2016
