I’m genuinely impressed with how plush and substantial this rug feels. The pile is thick, soft, and incredibly cozy — it adds instant warmth to the room and feels amazing under bare feet. It also has enough weight to stay in place well, which makes the space feel more finished and comfortable. One thing to keep in mind is that it does shed quite a bit, especially at first, and the dense pile can make vacuuming a little more difficult. A gentle vacuum setting or patience during cleaning definitely helps. We have a short haired dog, so I spend a good amount of time trying to keep this rug clean.
