Poor craftsmanship ! So many overcuts from a saw. Its supposed to be solid wood, but 50 of it is thin plywood. It took over 2 months for delivery. Definitely not worth the price !! I would put a 20 price tag on this junk. Tried numerous times to contact customer service and got no replies. They have lowered my credit limit due to the fact that I refuse to pay for this. And now it is affecting my credit score. Returning stuff is next to impossible when they dont return your calls. I do not recommend buying this. I was greatly disappointed !!. Kelly. US. i just had delivered a alexia solid wood tv stand. nice piece of furniture, but a couple of defects i want a replacement sent pictures to customer service,very polite and they told me they would send a replacement will update when they change my tv stand/update aug/24 not happy with replacement did not accept item sent it back. again customer service was excellent told me they ordered another replacement will update when i receive replacement.2 strikes.
