My primary interests are baking (cookies, bread, and pizza), roasting (meat and vegetables), air frying, and preparing casseroles. The learning curve was short and comfortable. The centralized control window was a major advance over separate buttons and knobs. Results for pizza (using a steel) are impressive. Air Frying takes some practice but worked well with Brussel Sprouts. Temperature control is reliable (checked with lazar thermometer) and consistent.
