Searched for a lamp for my nightstand for a long while and almost settled a couple of times on something I didn't really love just to get it done. But I am so glad I waited becauseI love EVERYTHING about this lamp! The size, shape, shade texture , the amount of light it gives off and the amazing affordable price. And the actual delivery was days earlier than I expected. The only miscommunication was on my part since I thought the shade was black but it clearly says dark grey. This lamp is very beautiful and extremely heavy, like really really heavy!! It is very high quality, however I give it 4 stars because as I was putting it together the little glass ball at the top of the piece that screws the shade on came off quite easily; I am able to sit on top as if didn't come off and no one would ever notice; The ball being on or off, it doesn't matter because the lamp is still really nice! it gives my bedroom a rich feel! . Other than the ball coming off, its an awesome and quality lamp. It was wrapped up like Fort Knox! so tight I could barely get it out the box, but seeing how heavy it is, I can see why.. Kareema.
