Very nice cheese knife now my wife can use the right knife for the right job

We added to our Wustof collection of knives with this great cheese knife and couldn’t be happier with it

I don't find it as sharp as I thought it would be. A little disappointed.

The knife has a great sharp edge, but it is way too flimsy to be useful for anything but very soft cheeses.

This knifes handle is not long enough. The blade, which is not supposed to stick to cheese, in fact, does stick to cheese quite easily. Because of the short handle it is uncomfortable to use. The leading edge of the hilt does not cover the full tang, so it digs into the bottom of my fingers.
