Courteous and efficient

I wanted to love this chair. Unfortunately, there were a few issues. The first was that it appears to be a much taller/larger wingback than it actually is. The second is that the cushions really seem more like "sunbrella" material than interior cushion material. My husband who is 6'1 did not like these chairs at all (sizing) and we ended up returning them. The included photo is awful and I'm embarrassed to even post it, but what you can see is that the sofa is a super low Chesterfield and the chair height is not tall at all! I will say is that Wayfair Customer Service was 10/10 regarding the return. They were nothing but kind, courteous, and efficient- we were so impressed! Thank you Wayfair!
