You can feel its a nice quality 100 percent cotton but just a little stiff. I think after washing and using softer it will be perfect!

Love the quality of the quilt. I like that it doesn’t have a sheen to the fabric. I have not washed it yet so can’t say about shrinkage. I have a platform bed with tall mattress and no box springs. It covers the mattress nicely with room for tucking into the frame. But I don’t think it would be big enough to fit over mattress and box springs.

I like the weight of this quilt in lieu of a blanket in the summer. It gives a modern look to the bedroom!

I purchased this quilt after being fed up with my duvet and it's cover that never stays put! I was skeptical about it providing as much warmth as a down duvet, but fear not! I ordered a king for my queen bed, because my mattress is relatively tall and I also wanted to tuck in the bottom to keep it in place and still have enough to cover the entire bed. The quilt has a nice weight to it and it's very soft. I'm extremely happy with my purchase! Pros: Warm, weighty, soft Cons: Pricey, but worth it!
